The Development of the Participation Model for Informal Education Management in Secondary School under the Office of Basic Educational Committee

Abstract
This research general purposed to develop the participation model for Informal education management in Secondary school under the office of basic educational committee and the specific objectives for the 4 steps as follow: 1) Study situations, problems and needs of the participation in Informal education management in Secondary school, 2) Construct the participation model for Informal education management in Secondary school, 3) Implement the participation model for Informal education management in Secondary school. And 4) Evaluate the participation model for Informal education management in Secondary school. The sample used in the research consisted of school, the teacher and the guardians total 249 people in Secondary Educational Service Area office 28 and 30 people in Khuenchangwittayakarn School Namkliang district Sisaket, by multi-stage random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire, in-depth interview, group discussion and an evaluation by all instruments were conformed to the question and idea or the research object were 0.50-1.00. The data were analyzed using percentage, means, standard deviation, verification the data with triangulation and content analysis. 1. The current situations of the participation in informal education management as a whole and each aspect were at the moderate level. Problems of the participation in Informal education management in secondary school as a whole and each aspect were at the moderate level. Needs of the participation in Informal education management in secondary school as a whole and each aspect were at the high level. 2. The construction of the participation model for Informal education management in Secondary school under the office of basic educational committee. There are 4 major components, 20 minor components and 89 indicators such as 1 major component of the curriculum 2 major component of the administration 3 major component of the learning place and 4 major component of the measurement and evaluate. The initial evaluation of the suitability and possibility were at high level. 3. The results of implementing the participation model for informal education management in secondary school under the office of basic educational committee in real conditions that before and after were at high level before the implementing and at very fair level after the implementing and the evaluating results by the teachers using the model found that overall at the highest level. Regarding each aspect, the mean was at the highest level in every aspect. 4. The evaluation of the participation model for Informal education management in secondary school under the office of basic educational committee found that the elements of the model on objectives, principles, operating mechanic, operating methods, efficiency and achievement condition had suitability, possibility and advantages at the highest level in all items and each aspect.
