Abstract
Outward processsing procedure is one of the customs procedures with economic imapct which may be granted for domestic goods that are, to carry out a manufacturing operation, temporarily export from the Croatia customs area. Shall be granted only to persons established in the Republic of Croatia to give guarantees for the proper implantation of the procedure. The importance of customs procedures with economic impact is that in which there exists the possibility of complete or partial exemption from payment of customs duties. The new Customs Law (in force since January 2000.) were substanitially liberalized customs procedures and introducet procedures with economic impact, which should contribute to the overall development of the country and improvement of foregin trade. Foreign trade is of great importance for the process of development of a national economy as it expands the possibility of selling goods to foreign markets, increasing competition in the domestic market (which promotes the competitiveness of domestic producers) and supplies the country's economy products which can not be produced or not produced in sufficient quantities. Addiction Croatian as a "small country" on foreign trade is very great. As our company exposed to very strong competition in the international market it is necessary to streamline operations and reduce costs.
