Abstract
The article describes a rare clinical case of the left diaphragmatic hernia with translocation of the stomach, small and large intestine, greater omentum in the left pleural cavity with collapse of the left lung and violation of the passage through the bowels in a patient in the third trimester of pregnancy. The clinical symptoms appeared 9 years after trauma with underlying increase in intra abdominal pressure due to pregnancy. Despite difficulties in diagnostics the performed surgery provided a favorable outcome.
