SATISFACTION CONDITIONS OF THE STUDENTS AT THE SCHOOL OF EDUCATION REGARDING THE CITY, UNIVERSITY AND DEPARTMENTS THEY STUDY

Abstract
Human is a social creature searching pleasure in his/her life. Every step being taken, and every work being undertaken have an aim to increase the level of pleasure about person's life. This pleasure condition can also be stated as sensitive satisfaction. Expecting to be pleased in the end of the action is ordinary as a course of mankind's nature. However some internal and external reasons effecting condition of pleasure can arise. These reasons can cause displeasure of person thereby unhappiness. The level of pleasure about a job which a person is dealing with, is extremely important in the way of productivity at his/her works. This work has been done to identify the pleasure condition of students deserving to study at education faculty as the result of tests which they entered about the city and the branch which they are studying, and aims to reveal the reasons of their pleasure or displeasure. Accordingly, the work is limited to 3 students in 3rd degree each from Uşak University Faculty of Education Preceptorship of Social Studies in Primary Education and Science and Psycological Counseling and Guidance departments and it is totslly studied with 12 participants. Case study, one of the design of qualitative researches was used and data were gathered with interviewes. Findings are debated after being commented with content analysis.
