EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION AND BUSINESS COMMUNITY – INTERACTION IN THE ASPECT OF EMPLOYMENT OF GRADUATES

Reforming the education system, forcing educational institutions to come to the conclusion that under the new conditions, educational activity can be successful only in the process of interaction between the educa- tional organization and the business community. Strengthening the positions of interaction between the educa- tional organization and the business community is possible with a clearly defined order of joint cooperation, one of the aspects of which is the process of employment of graduates. The article examines the interests of repre- sentatives of the business community, manifested in the process of professional training in the context of the employment of graduates of the educational organization, and also points out a number of problematic aspects related to this aspect of interaction
