Relevance of the research problems highlighted in the article has been grounded as the need to create, develop and organize scientific theory thesaurus of national education management as a separate branch of pedagogy. Based on profound analysis of scientific and educational literature the author has substantiated the basic methodological approaches and principles of modeling scientific thesaurus of national education management theory. Considering the thesaurus in the categories of dialectics the scientific theory thesaurus of national education management is characterized by systemic procedural integrity and continuity in the organic unity of general, special and individual. The model of scientific thesaurus of national education management theory has been presented in the article reflecting the environment and the person as a system that is constantly updated and supplemented. Thesaurus as personal formation, on the one hand, different dynamics, variability associated with the transformations that occur in the process of management, promotes personal appropriation of the necessary information, knowledge and experience, performs organizing, managing and stimulating role. On the other hand, thesaurus constantly enriched, perfected with the development of the sphere of education management. Given the interdisciplinary nature of the studied phenomenon, the author identifies the following principles of selection and classification concepts as historicism, consistency, integrity, autonomy, anthropological, ontological, of dialogue, self-knowledge, creativity, fractal, tezaurusnoho modeling concepts. The conceptual system of national education management theory due to the structuring of the subject has been provided. In the process of research of thesaurus the knowledge modeling, identification and classification of basic concepts are correlated to the development of new models of scientific knowledge in the subject plane theory of national education management. Science Thesaurus of national education management theory is a model of knowledge that is the projection of the actual processes of educational management. Prospects for further research highlighted in the article are the problems associated with the establishment based on reasonable methodologies and principles thesaurus (dictionary directory) terms and concepts of national education management theory.
