MULTI-CRITERIAN OPTIMIZATION CHOICE OF PROVIDERS OF CLOUD SERVICES

From a business perspective, the transition to a cloud IT infrastructure of an enterprise can be a powerful catalyst for its development. In the transition to a cloud-based model the IT Director has more responsibility: he has to make a selection of resources, which are needed to be transferred to the cloud, choose a supplier and compare the prices of cloud services on the market. Therefore, the main goals of the enterprise are maximize the profitability of cloud services and minimize its costs and risks. The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of decision-making processes regarding the choice of providers of cloud services. The article presents and justifies an optimization model and a structured approach to eliminate alternatives and choose the optimal option for a cloud service package. The advantages that the optimization model achieves when using the dynamic cloud service architecture is explored. The developed model can be used by companies and organizations in order to justify the strategic decisions when choosing cloud services for implementation.
