STATE AND CONFESSIONAL RELATIONS IN MODERN NANOTECHNOLOGICAL SOCIETY: ISSUES AND PROSPECTS

The main subject of this article is the problem of the state and confessional relations in our huge multi-religious country, in Russia that is the country with huge and rich history. It is necessary to take the most valuable experience from this history, and this experience to introduce in other so-called "Western" countries. The modern topical issues in the world are the undervaluation of the state and confessional relations, undervaluation of danger of inexperience on studying of the state and confessional relations, danger of collision of civilizations of the East and the West in the form of religious extremism in his various manifestations and lack of control in the sphere of the state and confessional relations from the state. The purpose of this work is the analysis of actual status of the state and confessional relations and results of investigation of the Concept 2020 on development of the Russian Federation to 2020 in aspect of the state and confessional relations that is formulated for the first time by the author in this article.
