Abstract
A variable summand of the rotary mechanism reaction torque, in particular that of the reciprocating compressors, is one of the main sources of their low-frequency vibration. Being solved in this study is a problem of providing the constant-sign transmitted torque of the multistage reciprocating compressor in order to decrease its vibration. The investigation results concerning the influence of different structural parameters on the torque diagram are given. The description of a software program developed specially to carry out this investigation is represented. The description of the structural solution is given aimed at obtaining the most uniform torque diagram which has a constant sign during a single revolution of the crankshaft.
