Theoretical basics of training specialists in the information environment

Abstract

The article defines and discusses the issues of training specialists in the development of informatization of society, economy, science, introduction of electronic educational environments in the educational process, which today becomes an urgent task of institutions of higher education. Modern educational institutions are looking for ways to improve the competitiveness of their graduates in the labor market, seek to improve the quality of education, to reach a greater age qualification of their students. The Law of Ukraine «On Higher Education» sets out the tasks of a higher education institution: 1) carrying out at a high level of educational activity that ensures the acquisition of appropriate degrees by persons of higher education in their chosen specialties; 2) ensuring organic combination in the educational process of educational, scientific and innovative activity; 3) creating the necessary conditions for the participants of the educational process to realize their abilities and talents; 4) spreading knowledge among the population, raising the educational and cultural level of citizens; 5) study the demand for certain specialties in the labor market and facilitate the employment of graduates. Taking into account the needs, opportunities and requirements of the student to receive and process information, it is necessary to establish a proper system of informing students in HEI, to provide the level of access to information that will satisfy both the needs of students and directly educational institutions. The rapid development of information and communication technologies not only gave higher education institutions the opportunity to intensify the educational process, but also set the task of organizing effective learning. This is determined by the capabilities of information and communication technologies. In most educational institutions, much has been done to implement information and communication technologies (number of computers, Internet access, creation of digital space, etc.)
