Essential & Inevitable Changes Teaching-Learning Processes Intechnical Education System

In present scenario, traditional teaching-learning methods are not encouraged by both students and institutes, thus, trying to bridge a gap through the introduction of effective instructional methods. This paper strongly highlights and reflects the importance of education, pedagogy and changes that are essential in current educational platforms to achieve learnercentric environment. The essential knowledge of different learning styles, influence of digital platforms, and nonconventional techniques are deliberated.
