Abstract

“Social media marketing” is considered as one of the fastest channel that enables businesses to reach customers and directly contact. This leads to improve marketing features in companies and therefore, this study focuses on analysing effective contribution provided by “social media marketing” over “traditional marketing”. In this paper, there is an interpretation of ethical consideration that needs to be maintained for securing of collected information by maintaining confidentiality.
