Abstract

In the area of human resource management analysis, principles of resource management, effective management and organizational culture have been applied. Although the literature findings were important, no research were published to undertake a review on the factors influencing the organizational culture, resource management and effective management in industries. This study's aim is to close the research distance. In addition, the research aims to explore the factors influencing resource management, effective management, and organizational culture. The work uses a list of 203 human resource executives employed in large KSA industries. Structural equation modeling (SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) are applied to evaluate and authorize the conceptual structure plan. The work shows that human resource management practices are important precursor of resource management, organizational culture and effective management. The work aims to focus on some of the aspects, performing arbitrator role among human resource management activities in large Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The research is interesting because it is initially undertaken to check the impacts of such significant factors such as resource management, effective management and organizational culture
