Abstract

In the article, devoted to the problem of the structural organization of the poetic form of speech, it is made an attempt to consider inversions, which are arised as a result of interaction of the rhythm and the syntax of poetic speech and is one of the specific means of the syntactic organization of the poetic text, as a way of manifestation of the peculiarities of the literary artist's individual style. Through the analysis of the poetic works by F.G. Klopstock and J.W. Goethe, written in free rhythms, and their translations into Russian and Ossetian the rhythm formatting capability of the inverted order of words is considered, the data of the comparative analysis of the frequency of use of inversions by both authors are given. As a result, it is concluded that the inversion, that promotes the creation of discontinuity of the free verse, is performing, therefore, a specific marker of the poetic idiostyle of the author
