THE PHRASE SCHEME WITH THE BASIC COMPONENT WIE IN THE GERMAN LANGUAGE: STRUCTURAL - SEMANTIC, ETYMOLOGICAL AND PHRASEOLOGICAL ASPECTS

Abstract

His article is devoted to the description of the phrase syntactic scheme of the modern German language “Wie + Adj [Adv] + !”. The relevance of the study is due to the lack of knowledge of this object space, as well as its high significance for the practice of verbal communication. The given phrase is described in the structural, semantic, etymological, paradigmatic, syntagmatic, stylistic, phraseological and functional aspects. The phraseological status of the given phrase scheme and its belonging to the phraseological subsystem of the language are proved in the article. It has been established that this phrase scheme has its variable and unchangeable components and an optional component, it is characterized by the features of reproducibility, structural and semantic stability and integrity, idiomaticity and expressivity, has an unchangeable structure serving as a model for constructing the similar sentences-propositions, and therefore refers to the phraseological resources of the German language. In general, the phrase is quite frequent in the practice of the voice communication, which is due to its systemic and functional characteristics. The most frequent meaning of the given phrase scheme is the meaning of the high degree of manifestation of the subject of speech. The author focuses on the idiomatic feature of the phrase scheme, which is one of the most significant properties for the recognition of the phraseological status of phrase schemes. The use of this phrase scheme in colloquial speech increases the effectiveness of the communication process and gives it a relaxed character
