Introduction. The Coronavirus crisis has affected the emergence of a large number of new words in the German language through adoption and assimilation, word formation and giving new meaning to previously used words, which this study confirms. The variety of new words requires seeking new ways to its translations and correspondently to teaching such words. Purpose. The aim of the article is to highlight the issues and define the perspectives of developing the educational methods in translation and using words of Coronavirus Crisis Topic. Methods. Newspapers and magazines analysis, analogy, induction and deduction were used. Originality. The article analyzes the approaches to teaching young specialists in translation from German into Ukrainian based on one group of modern-topic words, namely Coronavirus Crisis. A large of these words was classified into three groups. For each group main characteristics were determined, which can be used while translating The first group accommodate new word, which can in the structure some words on Coronavirus Topic: «Corona», «Pandemic», «Omicron», etc and a word from German, what was used earlier. To understand definition of these words is not difficult, but they do not have fully analogues in Ukrainian and can be used as attributive clause. The next group has mainly borrows. Sometimes it can be structured from a couple of words. One of them is on the topic Coronavirus Crisis and the other is borrows or abbreviation, such as «Corona-Warn-Up» or «Corona-Pegida» To the third group belong connotative words and phrases. Their structure transfuse the inner meaning, emotional feelings of society, as word Corona-Tsunami demonstrate the people's terrible and horror before force of nature – epidemic. This derivation helps to understand to main ways of new words structure. The knowledge is guaranty to easy teaching process and to prepare qualified and skilled specialists in translation. Results. As a result we can get recommendations to translations of new words on Coronavirus Topic. The quantity of these new words is permanently growing since 2020, ways of their appearance and assimilation in German language are similar to general tendency, but has own particularities, which were distilled. All new words on this topic were divided into the main three groups according ways of word formation, their incoming into German language as borrows or paraphrasing and their stylistic nuances. Than were highlighted the common characteristics and differences of each group. These details understanding can be used while translating and while translation teaching and new facilities education. Young specialists in translation can understand ways of words structuring and this way to raise their education standard. Conclusion. Being able to translate these words, understanding the main ways of translation, knowing the main approaches to translation teaching you can orient in the modern pedagogy and philology and prepare good qualified specialists in this realm.
