Abstract
The innovative development of the Russian economy in modern conditions is an indisputable and absolutely necessary fact. However, the formation of an innovative type of economy in Russia is extremely slow in comparison with other, especially highly developed, countries of the world and is accompanied by a number of difficulties. This work is devoted to the analysis of the conditions of innovative development of the Russian Federation.
