Modern aspects of the organization of professional training of future electric installers for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment in training and practical centers

Abstract

The article reveals the general aspects of the functioning of training and practical centers of vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions, analyzes their classification and activities in European countries. The current trends in the organization of vocational training in training and practical centers are considered and an analysis of their activities in Ukraine, which showed the existence of problems associated with the implementation of a wide range of functional responsibilities. It is established that the outlined situation is connected, first of all, with imperfection of legal system. In this regard, the structural components of organizational support for professional training of future electricians in repair and maintenance of electrical equipment are substantiated and it is established that they should regulate management procedures, ways to achieve training goals, quality assurance mechanisms, methods of certification of partial professionals qualifications. It is determined that the quality assurance system of training should be based on the principles of multilevel management and include analysis of external and internal influences. Aspects of the implementation of the procedure for monitoring professional qualifications are revealed and it is found that given the wide range of activities of the centers, they should cover not only statistical indicators, but also contain an in-depth analysis of the indusry sector of the economy. The concretization of modern approaches to the process of designing programs of short-term training of future electricians for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment is carried out and the mechanisms of selection of competencies, formation of the content of professional training are determined. In addition, the structural components of the methodology for recognizing the results of their professional training are identified and promising areas for improving the quality of the educational process in training and practical centers are outlined
