WAYS TO IMPROVE MANAGEMENT AND HUMAN RESOURCES POTENTIAL TO INCREASE THE ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Introduction. Modern wartime conditions of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine impose quite a lot of demands on them. Along with the general economic problems, agricultural enterprises are faced with problems of supply, direct operation in mined areas, loss of agricultural equipment, the problem of forming the personnel potential of enterprises is acute. Against the background of a full-scale invasion, agricultural enterprises are losing able-bodied men and highly specialized specialists. Accordingly, in such conditions, in order not to lose their economic stability, enterprises must develop and apply innovative methods of personnel management. However, the general conditions of life require not only new approaches to personnel management, but also taking into account new factors of influence on this personnel caused by the war.
