Introduction. Today's global problems, such as economic inequality and conflicts, are aggravating because of the war in Ukraine. The war led to a significant deterioration of the economic situation in the country, the service sector was particularly affected. In order to survive, enterprises are forced to save money, which leads to the worsening of working conditions and the growth of shadow employment.
