Managing logistics structures in agribusiness under modern conditions has acquired strategic significance, as logistics ensures the effective coordination of production, transportation, and supply processes. One of the key components of this mechanism is the evaluation of goods and services, which allows determining their value, competitiveness, and alignment with market demands. The importance of evaluating goods and services is driven by various factors, ranging from the rational use of resources and cost minimization to the creation of new market opportunities. Considering the specific features of agribusiness, which depends on seasonality, raw material quality, and external market influences, proper evaluation becomes a tool for enhancing the efficiency of logistics systems. Purpose. This article aims to propose a conceptualization of the role of goods and services evaluation in managing logistics structures, including auditing existing processes, identifying key challenges, and optimizing logistics chains to increase productivity and reduce costs in agricultural enterprises.
