Abstract

We investigated genetic structure of the Ukrainian scaled and framed carps based on six genetic?biochemical systems of blood ? TF, ALB, EST, СА, MDH, МЕ. Their level actual and expected heterozygosity per locus has been determined, genetic distances and identity index have been calculated. Differentiation of carp groups of different rearing conditions is possible based on the distribution of allele variants of TF, EST, СА, and ME loci.
