DEVELOPMENT OF MULTIMEDIA LEARNING SERVICES BASED ON CRITERIA FOR MOTORCYCLE EDUCATION PROGRAM, DISPLAY AND TECHNICAL QUALITY

Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the learning multimedia of motorcycles service that have been created and developed is feasible or effective based on the characteristics of a good learning media. Development of multimedia instructional using ADDIE model namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluate. Validation of the feasibility of using the media expert validation and user validation. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. The research analysis used descriptive analysis based on the percentage acquisition. The results of this study indicate that: (1) a good learning multimedia must fulfill the characteristics of media in the form of educational criteria, display programs and technical quality and (2) the results of research based on the criteria of education, display programs and the technical quality of each obtained an overall average as follows 89.99%; 83.34% and 83.02%. The results of the research can be concluded that the multimedia learning has been created and developed in compliance with the characteristics of good teaching media with the category of "very good".
