DUTIES AND ETHICS OF TEACHER IN PERSPECTIVE HADIS TARBAWI IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Thoughts of educational experts, Imam al-Ghazali, Athiyyah al-Abrasyi, Roestiyah, Ahmad Tafsir and Abdurrahman an-Nahlawi that the teacher's task are: (1) A teacher SMK should love his students, (2). A teacher SMK should become a guidance or director for his/her student, (3). In teaching and guiding, a teacher SMK must have an aim to be close to Allah, (4). A teacher SMK must forbid his/her student from immoral acts, (5). In teaching a teacher SMK must speak properly doe to his/her students ‘ability, (6). A teacher SMK should purify and clean his/her student from bad characteristic and to make them to have good characteristic, (7). A teacher SMK should transform and implement his knowledge, (8). A teacher should straighter his/her student aim with all his heart and soul in studying. According to al-Hadis at-Tarbawi a teacher's SMK ethics are : (1). In teaching a teacher SMK must expect bless of Allah, spread knowledge and bring syari'at (Islamic law) to life, (2). A teacher SMK must limit his/her student ability, (3). A teacher SMK should implement noble characteristic to his/her student, (4). A teacher SMK must become an idol sources for his/her student. This research is based on the library research. The data resources is primer data such as al-Qur'an and hadis; and secondary data such as books, literature, and other references which is related with.
