MOTIVATION IMPROVEMENT AND THE ACHIEVEMENT LEARNING WITH PROBLEM BASED METHOD ON THE TECHNIQUE DRAWING LEARNING WITH QUIDANCE LEARNING

Abstract
Motivation and achievement in learning are two aspect which that are interrelated, where achievement caused a high motivation learning. This study PTK which aims to motivation increase and achievement of PTM, drawing techniques interpretation in the automotive sector through the implementation of PBL method. Activities learning conducted in two cycles consisting of four stages in each: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Collecting data using observation sheet, questioneries sheet and performance test. The results showed that the PBL method can improve motivation learning with criteria (a) be diligent in duty, (b) resilient in adversity, (c) interest in issue, (d) please to work independently, (e) task by routine, (f) the maintains, and (g) locate and solve the problem very happy, while the increase to learn by 10.33%. PBL method can improve the performance achievement at 9.58%. In addition PBL make the instructor's role as a facilitator and make students more activity learning.
