Abstract
The article deals with the issue of contradictions between the training of consulting psychologists in the higher educational institutions and the requirements to the young specialists at the labour market. The efficient so- lution for this issue is usage of context - based education technologies and psychological and pedagogical support for students during their vocational adjustment.
