Abstract
The article deals with psychological and pedagogical approaches to forming psychodidactic component of motivationally oriented educational environment in the institutions of sideline education for children. The author distinguishes three ways of student's motivation development for educational activities: direct, indirect and simulation. Direct way involves a special work on the content of education and methods of its presentation, as well as using the methods and forms of education, supporting students' motivation. The author points out the specific methods, means and forms, efficient in the process of supplementary education of children.
