Abstract
The article presents Zurab Tsereteli's sculptural creative works in the last twenty years, who managed to realize his numerous large-scale projects. Monumental and decorative works which are installed in Moscow on Poklonnaya Hill, Manezh Square and Cathedral of Christ the Savior, as well as monuments in Russia, Spain, the USA and France, are being considered in this article. The theme of tragedy plays an important role in his works: victims of concentration camps, the Holocaust, AIDS, terrorist attacks. Particular emphasis is given to his portrait bronze compositions, depicting the great Christian saints and priests, as well as prominent figures of Russian and foreign culture of the 19th and 20th centuries.
