Abstract
Taking into account the theoretical and practical significance of defining the concept of “protection of business entities’ rights in competitive relations”, basing on the analysis of different approaches to defining the general concepts of “legal rights protection” and “protection of business entities’ rights” the features of the examined concept are identified and its definition is specified.
