Innovative pattern of development of Russian entrepreneurial business

The article considers the baselines of innovative entrepreneurial approaches: scientific and technical, eco- nomic, social and legal, forming the possibilities of functioning and development. An important role in this pro- cess is played by the level of infrastructure development and governmental regulation ? rendering assistance, fos- tering and securing small and medium-size business. The article cites the author’s classi ication o entrepreneurial business, while especially highlighting production-, commerce- and consultation-related entrepreneurship. The article especially focuses on productive entrepreneurship as a basis for innovative entrepreneurship: creation of new commodities, services and technologies.
