Abstract
The article presents the content and effectiveness of the quality management training future engineers-teachers in terms of Master Technical University, which can be determined only in the experimental work since the formation of provides for targeted and significant changes in the current system of vocational training. Not only reliable means of positive motivation to training activities, and develop skills and self-control objective and adequate self-esteem is critical to attract students to the evaluation process. Self-mastery achieved level of knowledge, abilities and skills, greatly affects the expression activity of students in training as pedagogical evaluation of understanding and agreement with this assessment an important motivational role in personality development by increasing cognitive activity and cognitive interest.
