Land tax revenue forecasting under conditions of new industrial economy formation

The issue of land tax revenue forecasting under conditions of new industrial economy formation has been considered in this paper. The experience of Donetsk People`s Republic has been used as an example. The trend of land tax revenue covering a ten year period has been analyzed; the projected values have been determined. Recommendations on formation such a system of land value taxation where the land tax would be-come a profitable source of local budgets have been developed in this paper.
