Abstract
The analysis of prerequisites, essence and peculiarities of sustainability formation of economic systems has been presented in the article. On the basis of this analysis the factors determining sustainable development of the industry in the context of economy transnationalisation and the frame of its theoretical, methodological, organizational and economic peculiarities of its formation have been identified.
