Abstract
The system of training of Masters of social work should be designed as adaptive. It is necessary to solve of the problem of modernization of training of masters of social work in the information society. The basis of the design of the adaptive system is the idea of designing it as a multi-dimensional. On an indicative stage system is viewed as a social. On the cognitive and transformative stage the system is aims to develop of activity of students, and on the control and reflective - to personality development. The article grounded the technology of organization of joint activity of subjects of training of Masters. It is implemented on the indicative stage. The technology of the organization of joint activity of subjects - a combination of forms, methods and means for reproducing theoretically based processes of agreement and streamlining of interaction for the development of relations of participants of pedagogical process. The organization affects the relationship by means of the information. The organization provides the coordination of positions in the joint activity. The organization also provides comprehension of the meaning of educational activity of the person. Teaching process will be effective if there is a connection between the externally set goals of training and motivation of training activities. This connection is realized in the form of value-semantic relations. The relationships that are formed in the process of organization of joint activities shall be considered as a way of establishing a connection between the activities of the teacher and student activities. The technology of the organization of joint activity of subjects includes: 1) the formation of ideas about the purpose of training and methods of achieving them; 2) the formation of value-semantic relations of students; 3) the adoption of the subjective goals of training activities. This logic provides the development of relations, allows the student to take a position of the subject of training activities. Position of the subject is characterized by the ability to set goals and to evaluate their activities. It is a condition for the effectiveness of cognitive-transducing stage, which is the next after the indicative stage. The student understands the logic of forecasted of training activities, sense of teachers requirements, the possibility of obtaining assistance in case of difficulty, through the organization. Training is converted into an active independent activity.
