CRITERIA, RATES AND LEVELS OF FORMATION OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS TOWARDS EDUCATIONAL-RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

Abstract
The article highlights the basic structural components of formation of future social workers for organizing educational-recreational activities, such as: motivational, theoretical and functional. The criteria are determined by motivational value, cognitive and practical, the rates are discovered. The rates of motivational value are: existence of strong interest among students towards organization of pupils' educational-recreational activities connected with the professional area of interest; positive motivation to study in order to develop preparedness of educational and recreational activities of students, formation of human valuable orientations for future social workers. Motivational component aims at forming motivation in students to the organization of educational-recreational activity; interest, focuses on the on the organization of educational and recreational activities of students striving for improvement. Theoretical component of preparedness involves mastering of a set of educational, social and educational, psychological and other special knowledge needed for the professional career of a social worker in the educational-recreational area; skills to integrate theoretical knowledge in practice; features and technology of educational and recreational activities. Practical component of preparedness of future social worker for organizing educational and recreational activities of students involves the development of reflection, the ability to self-analysis, self-adjustment, self-realization, self-development and self-improvement in the course of their professional functions; availability of creative potential, communication and organizational skills necessary for effective organization of educational and recreational activities. In the context of the ongoing survey we identified and justified following indicators of cognitive criteria of future social workers to the organization of educational and recreational activities of students: possession of a system of social and educational, psychological, educational, social and professional skills: possession of features of educational and recreational activities of students: possession of knowledge of technology, educational and recreational activities of students. The rates of practical criteria are: reflection, expression of creativity of a person; mastering of communicational and organizational skills. The levels of readiness of future social workers towards educational-recreational activities are characterized: elementary, intermediate, advanced.
