Abstract

Modern society is characterized by rapid changes in all spheres of life, including education sphere as fundamental components of the formation of individual outlook.The development of education affect social integration processes, such as globalization, democratization, creating a unified information space. These changes occur so rapidly that led to the need to review and reform education at all levels, as the current system does not fully meet modern needs and require reorientation. Knowledge, skills that future professionals acquire during their studies in higher education certainly is important, but along with this urgency is today the concept of professional competence of the future, which is determined by many factors, because competence, according to many specialists and experts are those indicators to determine readiness for future professional life, further personal development and active participation in society. Recent studies and publications show that the important task of modern education system is to improve skills of physical training.Clearly, to prepare a perfect teacher of physical training, using traditional approaches of education, is difficult. According to the theory of systematic approach it is advisable at first to study the structure of professional skills of physical training teachers according to modern standards, which will allow the correction of its elements. General notions about the preparations of the future teachers of physical training & sport are under the author's consideration. Personal qualities necessary for future teachers are analyzed. The author underlines the necessity of using deep psychological & pedagogical means for reaching the purpose. Studying the structure of professional skills of physical training teachers was conducted by selecting the most informative criteria for their evaluation In the article the features of formation of professional and personal competences specialist physical education. We determined that the structure of professional competence of the teacher of high school, regardless of profession, highlighted the following key components: motivational value; system professionally important qualities; system skills teacher (primarily educational and scientific abilities that determine academic talent); cognitive (knowledge); affective (emotional evaluation positive attitude toward the subject and its importance in the training of future professionals, the ability to emotional and volitional regulation of behavior); konatyvnyy (abilities, skills, educational technology, behavior). Further studies of the structure and main directions of improvement of the professional skill of physical training teachers are promising to improve the system of education.
