Abstract

The article emphasized the priority of gender education in the modern Ukrainian society. Differentiation concepts sex and gender education. It is noted that the content of gender education in schools is to build culture of gender identity. This is its basic component, which provides for the younger generation of adequate ideas about the role in modern society and life appointment of men and women; knowledge about the nature and meaning of "gender," "gender stereotypes", "gender roles." Psycho-pedagogical support − system of teacher professional - psychologist, aimed at creating social − psychological conditions for successful learning and psychological development. The objectives of the social and pedagogical support gender education are: - Psychological education of students, parents and teachers across the spectrum of gender issues; - Diagnosis forming gender component of personal development of students; - Advising students, parents and teachers on gender differences and gender relations; - Remedial training workshop on the development of gender identity and gender of students tolerance, the acquisition of experience of effective interaction of gender and overcome the negative effects of gender stereotypes The main conditions for the successful implementation of gender education of the younger generation are: 1) the integration efforts of families, workers of education and health in shaping gender culture of pupils; 2) increasing gender culture of teachers and parents. A special place is to create opportunities for monitoring and implementing gender roles students from single-parent families, orphans. Gender education is supplemented by education and culture of family relations, aimed at students acquiring knowledge about family and marriage, family genealogy, fatherhood and motherhood, participation in various activities that contribute to preparing students for future family life. The content of socio-educational and psychological support for gender education is the educational work is the creation of the students following ideas: - The role and purpose in life of men and women in today's society; - On students mastering knowledge about the nature and meaning of "gender," "gender stereotypes", "gender roles"; - The formation of the understanding, acceptance and willingness to fulfil their gender roles; and relations; - Valuable attitude to his sex, love, marriage, motherhood and fatherhood; [4]. - Equal treatment of both sexes Social teacher as the expert has deliberately used as feminine and masculine gender roles in different situations of gender interaction.
