FORMATION OF HEALTH SAVING LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AS THE ASPECT OF HEAD OF GENERAL EDUCATION INSTITUTION ACTIVITY

Abstract
The efficiency of modern educational institution is to be measured not only by the quality of education but also by the safety and security of students, care about their health. The traditional education system is focused more on gaining knowledge and information, but less on the preserving and promoting of students health. The results of medical and sociological, psychological and pedagogical studies show worsening of students health. Educational environment of the modern educational institution does not fully perform the functions of maintaining and strengthening of students health. Therefore, an important objective of an educational institution is to establish the safe and friendly learning environment and education of students who have contributed to the formation of harmoniously developed, physically perfect personality with a responsible attitude to own health and health of others. The article deals with the problem of formation of health saving learning environment at the general education institution management. The purpose of the study is to identify aspects of the process of formation of health saving learning environment in secondary schools, to develop the model of its formation. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, on the results of our survey we have developed the model of health saving learning environment in schools, which includes: purpose; algorithm of projecting of health saving learning environment; its functional and structural components (learning content and methodical provision of the teaching process; organization of subject-subject interaction of participants in the educational process on the basis of successful pedagogy; organization of educational and recreational activities of students on the basis health saving; logistical support which is necessary for health saving activity); comprehensive programme of formation of health saving learning environment which provides medical, psychological and pedagogical aspects; diagnostics of formation of the studied phenomenon (surveys, interviews, observation, testing, preventive examinations) and the result. The directions of purposeful work on pupils' health saving and promotion within the activity of the head of general education institution are identified in the article as well as the prospects for further researches
