STATE OF FORMING FUTURE TEACHERS’S LEGAL CULTURE IN THE EDUCATIONAL-AND-UPBRINGING ENVIRONMENT OF THE PEDAGOGICAL COLLEGE

The article focuses on the problem of the educational environment and highlights the issue of the educational environment. The social, motivational, creative, reflexive, axiological, integrative components of the educational or educational and upbringing environment are listed. Great attention is paid to two groups of factors that influence on forming the professional-legal segment of culture: 1) social ones – legal system and specifics of the professional activities; personal ones – the level of legal education of the participants of the educational and upbringing process; 2) level and contents of professional training; 3) specifics of their functional duties; 4) their moral qualities. The process of forming legal culture of future teachers in the educational and upbringing college is analyzed. The author distinguished the general and specific peculiarities of state of the educational and upbringing environment as a specific space where it is formed the corresponding level of legal culture of students. The components of individual legal culture are represented. A thorough study of state of forming legal culture of the future teacher in the educational and upbringing environment of the pedagogical college suggests that the person himself in the system of this training should be complex and multifaceted, therefore, legal culture of the future teacher is the model of his sociocultural personal and professional development and includes both the personal qualities, knowledge and skills which should be developed with a professional of any profile and the specific qualities which are dictated by the tasks of training for a particular specialty. In general, legal culture of the future teacher, with this approach, is an integral phenomenon that characterizes the essence of the legal status of the individual and society. In this context, it speaks through a high level of inner convictions, activity and professionalism of the individual.
