THE EMBODIMENT OF O. A. ZAKHARENKO’S STUDENTCENTRIC IDEAS IN V. F. KLYMENKO’S ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY

The article focuses on the main vectors of the national teacher O.A.Zakharenko's ideas of studentcentrism implementation into the Head of Zolotonosha district department of education V.F. Klymenko's organizational and pedagogical activity. It is found out that on his initiative the experience of Sakhnivka school educational activity organization was implemented in 26 schools of Zolotonischyna. The author substantiates the thought that the educational leader of the district did much to reinforce the schooling material base, to create comfortable and safe conditions for pupils' education and upbringing. In order to provide the favorable conditions for the pupils' creative development, as those arranged by Sakhnivka pedagogues, the schools-complexes were organized. Together with O.A. Zakharenko, V.F. Klymenko was initiating the practice of cooperative pedagogy between the subjects of educational process. The problem of the pupils' health protection was, too, given much attention by both pedagogues. The conclusion was made that the topic under study has considerable gnoseological potential as well as practical value and therefore deserves the diversification with further investigation.
