THE THEORETICAL JUSTIFICATION CONTENTS METHODICAL WORK OF TEACHING STAFF IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract

Strengthening the education system places new demands on the organization and content of methodical work. One of the most important tasks here is to increase efficiency and quality of the methodological work in general and in particular kindergarten. The study of methodological work with teachers of preschool educational institutions engaged L. Bogoslavets, G. Vasilyeva, N. Gavrish, G. Grigorenko, L. Kaluga, A. Korneev, А. Morozov, N. Omelyanenko, L. Pozdnyak, I. Tereshchenko, A. Yanushevych and others. However, few open question is the content and forms of methodical work of teaching staff in the system of preschool education. The study is justification of methodical work of teaching staff in pre-school education system and identify the most common forms of methodical work in preschool education. Methodical work in a children's institution - is a complex process by which the practical training of teaching staff effective forms and methods of work with children. Based on the work of children's institutions define the aim of methodical Regulations are: learning and the development of educational expertise of educators, stimulating their creativity and skills of forming their own independent analysis of educational activities; improving the system of continuous education teachers and others. Currently, the most common forms of methodical work with teachers in pre-schools are: counseling, educational advice, teaching associations, training courses, workshops and seminars theoretical practices. Consequently, methodical work of teaching staff in the system of preschool education is a requirement of time must be anticipatory in nature and ensure the development of the educational process in accordance with the new advances in science. The contents of methodical work in preschool education is realized through a collective, group and individual forms of work, but is not limited to them. Prospects for further research seen in determining the structure of methodical work of teachers and administrative staff in the system of preschool education.
