Abstract

Introduction. This article is devoted to studying the problems of individual adaptation. The specifics of individual adaptation is that during his life he faced with the need to actively adapt to the various elements of the social environment. Purpose – is to analyze the mechanisms of individual processes adaptatsiyinyh manifestations of interpersonal conflict. Methods: theoretical analysis, system analysis, questioning, testing, methodological analysis. Results. The adaptation is one of the most studied scientific facilities. This is due, above all, the universality of this phenomenon, as adaptation processes objectively determined any dynamic changes occurring in different systems. Personality is an open system that has a complex, layered structure that interacts with the environment. The degree of activity of interaction with the environment is often defined by concepts such as adaptation. H. Selye realized during adaptation «system of actions aimed at achieving a balance with the environment». Therefore, the system of psychological adaptation is in constant readiness to perform inherent functions. If you are a normal functioning of the system, it allows a person to not only maintain the balance within themselves, each other and the environment, but also to choose the best action for achieving this goal. An important problem of students adapt to university conditions are its mechanisms, factors and criteria. Originality. During training in undergraduates are taught and capacity for forecasting, planning and research related to the theory of training or education. Сonclusion. Thus, the analysis of theoretical approaches to studying the adaptive capacity of students confirms the idea that their personality is based on significant contradiction between individual motivation entities that find their aspirations in different spheres of life of the individual. In this sense the contradiction determines the type of conflict. On the very intrapersonal conflict can speak of a state of the individual, where there is a distinct contradiction between the significant motives, goals, values, mutual implementation of which is impossible at some point in about the same strength and significance. The source of the conflict in favor complex interdependent the interaction of environmental factors and individual characteristics. In other words, conflict arises when determined subjectively meaningful combination of personal characteristics of the individual and environmental factors that affect it. The criteria interpersonal conflicts of students advisable to include specific indicators of cognitive, emotional and behavioral areas, as well as data abuse optimal adaptation of the individual with the environment. In the process of adaptation is active creativity, understanding of important educational issues, develop the most appropriate methods of action. So, along with objective factors that determine the general direction of adaptation of young specialists and specific to a particular environment is such, which are manifested through the operation of adapting the environment, the presence and absence of which depends on it.
