NEURODIDAKTIKAL TRAINING OF THE FUTURE TEACHERS AS THE NEW COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE

Abstract

Introduction. Modernization of professional education dictates the actuality of looking for the innovative solutions for improving the quality of future teacher's special knowledge and skills in control the educational process. The content of such training would be reviewed and changed radically with the results of the new researches in neurosciences. This experience would be used in training purposes. Purpose. The article serves the description of the neuroscience's content as basic science. The essences of neurodidaktik training of future teachers as a new component of general professional education for making the training activities is considerated as well. Methods: In this article we used such methods of scientific and pedagogical research as: analysis of the scientific resources, synthesis, organization and experience, pedagogical experiment. Results: studying and analysis the last results of research in neuroscience in training purposes ordered us to resume the fact. It is necessary to find something solutions for the modernization of professional training's content of the future teachers. We propose to include in this content new component – neurodidaktikal training. Some results of our preliminary research are presented in the follow articles: 1. Originality of this research. The new aspect of future teacher's general training is considerated in the article. Firstly the expediency of neurodidaktikal training as a component of professional pedagogical competence is substantiated as well. We described the essence of neurodidaktik and bases of teacher's neurodidaktikal training. Conclusions. It's important to include the neurodidaktik training to the content of teacher's professional training. It will be the new part of education and in such way it could be impossible to synergize of training process. This also allows to exclude from the training programs old traditional disciplines. Introduction to process of professional training the results of research in neurosciences will make the contribution into the development of modern education's level.
