Abstract
The article examines the theoretical foundations of the problem of formation of readiness for professional self-development of graduates of pedagogical profile in higher education. In the article the problem of personal and professional self-teaching graduate profile with the specifications in the transition to a dynamic speed training, introduction of modern approaches to the integration of higher education and science in preparation of masters. Formation of professional qualities of the future teacher involves the formation of their capacity for self-development and professional development. The formation of professionals-masters pedagogical profile involves forming in them the capacity for self-development and professional-development. This ability facilitates the mastery of professional knowledge, allows you to orient yourself in a variety of scientific areas and innovative technologies and education activities, generates skills forecasting the development of educational situations and mastering the techniques of teaching pedagogical subjects. Willingness to self development is closely linked with the process of self-improvement and professional self-development, creative approach to mastering traditional knowledge. Were considered the main characteristics of such concepts as «readiness for professional self-development», «professional identity», «identification». The definitions of concepts such as «professional identity», «self-determination», «introspection». Studied approach on the conditions of formation of readiness for professional self-development of undergraduates at the University of pedagogical profile.
