Abstract
In the article of development of creative potential of the future teachers of chemistry and biology in the process of special preparation in conditions of the pedagogical university is grounded in the article. Based on the analysis of pedagogical theory and practice, it has been shown that the process of development of this complex personal education is a complicated, contradictory and systematic process and its effectiveness is exacerbated by the totality of the pedagogical structures. The author's interpretation of the aggregate of pedagogical cultures is presented, which positively wag the development of the creative potential of future teachers of chemistry and biology in the course of special preparation for them at the Pedagogical University. The need of society in creative pedagogical personnel as a strategic direction of modernization of higher pedagogical education can be satisfied only in specially created pedagogical conditions of the organization of professional training of a modern teacher of chemistry and biology. The implementation of the strategy is conditioned by the solution of two tasks: the creation of a developing educational space and the development of the student's installation for the self-development of his own professional image. The novelty of the approach consists in exploring the possibilities of developing creative potential from the position of a balance of two components: the ratio of the measure of freedom, the subjective choice of the individual and the volume of external controlled impacts. Under the pedagogical conditions of vocational training in the pedagogical university is understood the totality of external and internal factors of the educational process, the implementation of which determines the level of development of the creative potential of future teachers of chemistry and biology. The study found that the development of this complex personal education as an important characteristic of the teacher's professionalism is positively influenced by three groups of pedagogical conditions: - the presence of positive motivation of the master's mastery of natural disciplines; - self-management of the learning process and the successful formation of a system of knowledge and intellectual skills; - creating a situation of success and psychological comfort, stimulating students to self-improvement, self-criticism and self-confidence in the co-operative forces and capabilities. The revealed pedagogical conditions positively influence the development of the creative potential of future teachers of chemistry and biology only if implemented in the system, closely interrelated and interdependent among themselves.
