CURRENT SITUATION AND TRENDS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN THE SPHERE OF SOCIAL SECURITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract

Introduction. The article analyses the current situation of future specialists professional training in the sphere of social software; highlights the problems of training the specialists of social sphere; the tendencies of the professional training of future specialists in the sphere of social software. The purpose is to analyze the current situation and determine the trends of professional training of future specialists in the sphere of social software in Ukraine. Methods. In the article we used several methods: theoretical – analysis of state industry standards of higher education, training programs, software training future social workers in higher education, psychological and pedagogical literature to explore the scientific bases of the problems; system analysis, comparison and generalization of scientific and theoretical material to justify the current situation of training specialists in the sphere of social software; empirical (interviews with teachers, students, questioning of experts in the sphere of social software) for an analysis of the problem. Results. Among the problems of professional training of specialists in the field of social software in Ukraine highlighted the following: difficulties in adaptation to conditions of professional activity; low level of competitiveness of future specialists in the labour market; imperfection of the system of future social workers professional training; the difficulty of graduates employment of the specialty "social work" etc. It was noted that currently observed trends, focused on the introduction of competence approach; on targeted social assistance, assistance to person who is in difficult life circumstances; integration into the European educational space, taking into account National qualifications framework; improvement of the standard of a social worker professional training in higher educational institutions; the expansion of the network of higher educational institutions, which train specialists in social work and extension of future specialists professional training; optimization of methodical preparation of students; special attention to practical component such training (introduction of innovative technologies, the implementation of multidisciplinary tasks, and social situations; expanding the content of the theoretical component of the modern theme; playing professional roles and functions in learning in higher education; fostering professional self-improvement towards a successful professional career with the development of personal and professional qualities. Conclusion. At the present stage in the system of professional training of specialists in social software there are significant changes associated with the Integration of educational space; increase of requirements to quality of preparation of social sphere specialists; practice orientation in methodology of training social workers; a focus on the future employment of social workers and their competitiveness.
