LESSONS OF SPIRITUALITY AS A MEANS OF BECOMING OF A JUNIOR PUPIL’S SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE

Abstract
Introduction.The article reveals the educational potential of the Lessons of Spirituality due to the need to create a spiritually-educating space based on enriching all components of the spirituality of the younger schoolchild (motivational-axiological, cognitive, process-behavioral) in independent spiritual activity, deepening interest in the circumstances and situations of spiritual content, openness about the acquisition of a new spiritual and moral experience. Attention is focused on the disclosure of the content of the concepts "spirit", "soul", "spirituality", "spiritual experience", "spiritual experience of the junior pupil". Purpose is to reveal the educational potential of the "Lessons of Spirituality" as a means of developing the spiritual experience of younger schoolchildren. Research methods: theoretical: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization in order to identify key concepts of the problem under study; Empirical: fragments of pedagogical experiment; questioning of students, parents survey. Results. The scientific positions on the definition of spirituality as the integrative quality of the individual are analyzed, which is expressed in the world outlook, the system of spiritual values, ideals, beliefs, in the definition of the meaning of life, in the need for self-improvement, knowledge of the world, self, other people and is realized in the process of life activity. The spiritual experience of the junior schoolchildren is revealed as a set of personality-semantic entities in which the experienced, knowledge-conscious knowledge, reflected in the form of relationships and emotional states, is reflected. An elementary part of the spiritual experience is the child's independent effort connected with the rejection of the pleasing for the sake of the necessary and experience of this effort as success, an altruistic motivation directed towards the care and well-being of Others. Subjects, content of the Lessons of Spirituality are given, as a means of purposeful influence of the teacher on the spiritual enrichment of the personality of the younger schoolchildren, the upbringing of spirituality. Originality. The educational potential of the "Lessons of Spirituality" as a means of developing the spiritual experience of younger schoolchildren are revealed. Сonclusion. Thus, the spiritual formation of a junior schoolchild depends on the satisfaction of his need for cognition and comprehension of the surrounding world and himself, the richer the personal experience of creating truth, goodness, beauty, experience of spiritual feelings is, the deeper is the spiritual experience of the student.
