ORGANIZATION OF TEENAGERS’S LEISURE BY MEANS OF SOCIAL-AND-PEDAGOGICAL WORK

Introduction. In the article the features of organization of social and educational work connected with leisure of teenagers are examined, the main means of organization of leisure of teenagers in youth clubs are identified and analyzed. Organization of leisure of teenagers - is one of the priority areas of social and educational work. It is noted that the use of modern means of social and educational work on organization of teenagers' leisure in extracurricular clubs has a positive impact on mastering of knowledge about society, norms and rules, values, and subsequently - on the outcome of their socialization. Purpose. To justify theoretically the totality of social and educational work on organization of teenagers' leisure and to check opportunities of their use in a teenagers' club. Methods. During the research methods of observation, studying and analysis of scientific sources of the problem, analyzing statistics, comparison of results, generalization were used. Results. The article states that the organization of leisure of teenagers at clubs is provided by social workers, educators-organizers by involving family, community representatives. The concept of "organization of social and pedagogical work on leisure at a teenagers' club" is defined by the authors as a collection of types of work (diagnosis, forecasting, planning, choice of means and methods of leisure, social education, prevention of negative phenomena at the teen age, promotion of healthy lifestyles. An important role is played by basic requirements - the principles that should be guidelines: interest, systemacy, the development of social activity, individual initiative, voluntariness, availability, compliance of recreational services with certain conditions. The authors state that the leading principles should be the principles of humanism and innovation. Leisure teenagers implies a comprehensive and harmonious development of personality, it makes teenagers closer to spiritual values. The authors identified a set of means of social and pedagogical work on leisure time, namely - education, psychotherapy, correction, psychological and educational support as well as books, media, nature, environment, communication, collective game. Using the example of functioning of teenage club "Best Friends" capabilities such means as communication, team game were analyzed. Conclusions. It is indicated that the constant and systematic work with young people on leisure organization under the conditions: the definition of a clear structure, selection of modern forms, ways and means of social and pedagogical work will be effective and will help to bring new members to the club. According to the results of the implementation of social and educational leisure time facilities positive changes in the socialization of teenagers were noted.
