FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF HIGHER EDUCATION MANAGEMENT: BASIC TENDENCIES

The article deals with the problems of higher education in foreign countries; determined that the selection of the country's European integration – is an important stimulus for the success of economic and political transformation that can be the basis of national unity, the transition from a totalitarian to an open democratic society. In these conditions the development of the education system and its fundamental reform should be the basis of reproduction of intellectual and spiritual potential of the people, out of national science and technology at the global level, the integration of Ukraine into the global cultural and economic space, because of the level of intellectual development of man largely depend the success of not only any industrial activity, but in general any sphere of life. Based on the analysis of system processes of higher education in Europe and America, the author identifies the most characteristic trends of foreign higher education, that can be implemented in Ukraine
