Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of implementation of programs aimed at formation of social moral competence at students within the framework of school education. This competence is understood as the ability to get oriented in value aspects of social relations and take socially accepted decisions in the situation of moral dilemma. In the article the theoretical aspects of the discussed issue are presented, the variants of perception of formation subject are discussed.
